This discography is an overview of the musical works of Nightwish , one from the Finnish town of Kitee originating symphonic metal - band . Nightwish currently consists of the singer Floor Jansen , the guitarist Emppu Vuorinen , the bassist Marco Hietala , the keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen , the drummer Jukka Nevalainen and Troy Donockley . According to sources and record awards, she has sold more than 1.9 million records to date, over 930,000 of them in her home country alone. Nightwish's most successful release is the album Once with over 500,000 units sold.
