Okartowo-Przystanek is a small place in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , which belongs to the Gmina Orzysz ( town and country municipality Arys ) in the Powiat Piski ( Johannisburg district ).

Okartowo-Przystanek is located in the eastern Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , east of the village of Okartowo (Eckersberg) .

The hamlet ( Polish: Osada ) encloses the Okartowo train station and a small residential area to the northwest. The place name is based on the stopping point ( Polish: Przystanek ) of the railway, even if it is no longer in function today. The hamlet only became independent in the period after 1945. Therefore there is no evidence of history. Until 1945 the area was assigned to the village of Eckersberg .

Okartowo-Przystanek today, like the eastern village of Okartowo-Tartak, belongs to the Schulzenamt ( Polish Sołectwo ) Okartowo and is therefore part of the urban and rural municipality of Orzysz in the Piski powiat , until 1998 the Suwałki Voivodeship , since then the Warmia-Masurian Voivodeship .

The inhabitants of the village of Okartowo-Przystanek are parish on the Catholic side in the parish Okartowo in the diocese of Ełk of the Roman Catholic Church in Poland and on the Protestant side in the parish in Pisz (Johannisburg) in the diocese of Masuria of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland .

Okartowo-Przystanek is on state road 16 , which connects the three voivodeships of Kuyavian-Pomeranian , Warmian-Masurian and Podlaskie . The station is on the Czerwonka – Ełk ( German  Czerwonka – Lyck ) railway line, which is no longer regularly used .
