Otter Creek is a city in Levy County in the US state of Florida with 134 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Otter Creek is located approximately 15 km southwest of Bronson and approximately 150 km southwest of Jacksonville .
history
The railroad age in what is now Otter Creek began in 1861, shortly before the outbreak of the Civil War . This year the Florida Railroad line from Fernandina via Otter Creek to Cedar Key was completed. In 1932 the section between Archer and Cedar Key was closed.
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the 134 inhabitants at that time were distributed over 99 households. The population density was 36.2 inh / km². 94.8% of the population identified themselves as white and 3.0% as African American . 2.2% said they belonged to several ethnic groups. 2.2% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
