Paolo Ruberti
Paolo Ruberti (born April 22, 1975 in Legnago ) is an Italian racing driver .
Career
In the 2000s, Paolo Ruberti, along with Matteo Bobbi , Thomas Biagi , Fabio Babini , Fabrizio Gollin and Matteo Malucelli, was part of a group of Italian GT drivers who had great successes in this motorsport category.
He began his career in 1994 in the Italian Formula 3 championship , through which he got into Formula 3000 in 1997 . There he drove, among other things, for the racing team of the former Formula 1 driver Piercarlo Ghinzani . When there was no success there, he switched to GT vehicles in the early 2000s. His greatest successes were second overall in the FIA GT Championship in 2008 and second places in the GT2 class at the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2008 and 2009.
