Passion window in Plonévez-du-Faou

The Passion Window in the St-Herbot Catholic Chapel in Plonévez-du-Faou , a French commune in the Finistère department in the Brittany region , was created in 1556. The leaded glass window was added to the list of architectural monuments in France in 1906 as Monument historique .

The central window in the choir comes from an unknown workshop. It shows various scenes from Jesus' ordeal (see captions).

The window was restored and supplemented in 1886 by Eugène Hucher and his son Ferdinand in the stained glass workshop of the Carmelite Sisters of Le Mans .

In addition to the Passion Window, there are two other windows from the Renaissance period in the chapel (see navigation bar).
