Patrik Hrošovský (born November 22, 1991 in Prievidza ) is a Slovak football player . The midfielder has been under contract with KRC Genk since August 16, 2019 and plays for the Slovak national team .

Career

society

In the game of the Czech Football Cup against FK Baník Sokolov on November 12, 2011, he came to his first appearance for Viktoria Pilsen. Previously he was active in the club's youth team. From January to July 2012 he was loaned to FK Baník Sokolov. He was then loaned out again, this time to FK Ústí nad Labem . From July to the end of December 2013 he was active for the 1st SC Znojmo . Since 1st January 2014 he has been playing for Viktoria Plzen again.

In the summer of 2019 Hrošovský signed a five-year contract with the Belgian champions of the 2018/19 season, KRC Genk . The two clubs agreed on a change on August 16, 2019, so that Pilsen would still be available for the qualifying games for the 2019/20 Champions League .

National team

Sabo played in various Slovak junior national teams. He was used 21 times for the Slovakia U-21s and scored one goal. In the Slovak national team he made his debut on November 19, 2014 in a friendly against Finland (2-1).

At the European Football Championship in France in 2016 , he was included in the Slovak squad. He had one use in the opening game against Wales on the starting line-up. In the other two group games he only sat on the bench, against Germany in the round of 16 he returned to the starting line-up. The team lost the game and was eliminated.
