Robert E. Rose

Robert E. Rose (born October 7, 1939 in Orange , New Jersey ) is an American lawyer and politician . Between 1975 and 1979 he was lieutenant governor of the state of Nevada .

Career

After studying law and being admitted to the bar, Robert Rose began working in this profession. Politically, he joined the Republican Party . In 1974 he was elected lieutenant governor of Nevada alongside Mike O'Callaghan . He held this office between 1975 and 1979. He was Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Senate .

Robert Rose was a judge on the Supreme Court of Nevada between 1989 and 2007 . He rose to Chief Justice . Since 2007 he has worked as a legal arbitrator in a wide variety of industries and areas.
