Ryan Jiro Gravenberch (born May 16, 2002 in Amsterdam , Noord-Holland , Netherlands ) is a Dutch - Surinamese football player . He has been under contract with the first division club Ajax Amsterdam since 2010 .

Career

Ryan Gravenberch had played in the youth of AVV Zeeburgia in his hometown until 2010 , before moving to Ajax Amsterdam . Already at the beginning of the 2018/19 season , Gravenberch was regularly used for Jong Ajax, the club's second team in the second division . On September 23, 2018, at the age of 16 years and three months, he made his debut for the first team in the 3-0 away defeat at PSV Eindhoven with a substitution for David Neres in the 83rd minute of the game.
