The SG Cowen US Open 1999 took place from November 29th to December 3rd, 1999 in Boston , Massachusetts , in the United States . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 1999/00 .

In the final, Simon Parke defeated his opponent Jonathon Power with 15:12, 15: 6, 7:15, 7:15 and 15:13.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. A wildcard was not awarded.
