Saint-Aigny is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Sauzelles in the north and northwest, Pouligny-Saint-Pierre in the northeast, Le Blanc in the east and southeast, Concremiers in the south, Ingrandes in the southwest and Mérigny in the west.
