Parnac is located about 41 kilometers south-southwest of Châteauroux . Neighboring municipalities of Parnac are Saint-Gilles and Vigoux in the north, Bazaiges in the northeast, Éguzon-Chantôme in the east, Saint-Sébastien in the southeast, Mouhet in the south, La Châtre-Langlin in the southwest, Saint-Benoît-du-Sault in the west and Roussines in the west and northwest.
