The Sauloch nature reserve is located in the municipality of Langenenslingen in Baden-Württemberg. It was expelled by ordinance on February 20, 1970 by the South Württemberg-Hohenzollern regional council.

location

The Sauloch nature reserve is located about one kilometer north of Langenenslingen in the Donau-Iller-Lech-Platte natural area on the edge of the Swabian Alb. It is 2.5  hectares and lies at an altitude of 595 to 639  m above sea level. NHN .

Landscape character

It is the remainder of a juniper heather , the northern part is densely planted with forest.

The nature reserve is part of the FFH area Glastal, Großer Buchwald and Tautschbuch .
