Scott Fitzgerald Kennedy (born March 31, 1997 in Calgary ) is a Canadian - German soccer player .

Career

Kennedy came to Germany in 2015 for the sixth class SB Chiemgau Traunstein . He made his debut in the regional league in July 2015 when he was in the starting line-up against FC Deisenhofen on the first day of the 2015/16 season .

For the 2016/17 season he joined the fifth-rate FC Amberg . He played his first game in the Bayern League in July 2016 against the DJK Ammerthal .

In the summer of 2017, he moved to the Austrian regional league team SV Grödig . He made his debut in the regional league in July 2017 against FC Pinzgau Saalfelden . In the game that Grödig won 3-1, Kennedy also scored his first goal in the Regionalliga.

In July 2018 he moved to the second division SK Austria Klagenfurt . In the same month he made his debut in the 2nd division when he was in the starting line-up against SC Austria Lustenau on the first day of the 2018/19 season. In two seasons with the Carinthians, he came to 38 second division appearances in which he scored three goals. For the 2020/21 season he returned to Germany and moved to the second division SSV Jahn Regensburg , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2023.
