Florian Heister (born March 2, 1997 in Neuss ) is a German soccer player . He can be used on both sides of the defensive and offensive wings and is under contract with SSV Jahn Regensburg .

Career

Heister was born in Neuss and grew up there. When district club SG wooden home where his parents are on the board, he started playing football.

At the age of nine, he was accepted into the Borussia Mönchengladbach youth training center , where he was unable to assert himself. After a year at SC Kapellen-Erft , Heister moved as A-Junior to FC Viktoria Köln , for which he was active in the A-Junior Bundesliga for one season . At the end of the season, they went straight back to the Mittelrhein Association.

In the summer of 2015, he was integrated into the first men's team of FC Viktoria, which competed in the Regionalliga West . Nine game days before the end he suffered a broken metatarsal and missed winning the Middle Rhine Cup . After his recovery, Heister played eleven league games in the 2016/17 season and became regional league champions with the team. In the following promotion games to the 3rd league , however, you had to admit defeat to the northeast champion FC Carl Zeiss Jena .

After his contract expired, the winger joined the southwest regional league team TSV Steinbach . Here he quickly became a regular player and completed 59 mandatory games in two seasons, in which he was able to score two goals. In spring 2018, Heister and the team won the Hessen Cup .

This was followed by a career leap for the man from Neuss, when he was committed to the second division season 2019/20 after long observation by SSV Jahn Regensburg and received a three-year contract.
