Sebastian Bauer (born November 7, 1992 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Bauer started his career at SV Donau Wien . In 2004 he joined the youth team at SK Rapid Vienna . In 2007 he played briefly for Donau and then again for Rapid before moving to SC Team Wiener Linien .

In the winter break of the 2008/09 season he joined FC Stadlau . He made his debut for Stadlau in the Vienna City League in May 2009 when he came on as a substitute for Gerald Lintner on the 24th matchday of that season against Rennweger SV 1901 in the 72nd minute.

In January 2011 he moved to the third class amateurs of SV Mattersburg . In April 2011 he made his debut in the Regionalliga when he was brought into play on the 21st match day of the 2010/11 season against SV Schwechat in the 67th minute for Marvin Potzmann .

After two and a half years at Mattersburg II, Bauer moved to the fifth-class SC Leopoldsdorf / Mfd for the 2013/14 season . During the winter break of that season, he joined league rivals ASK Ebreichsdorf . With Ebreichsdorf he rose to the end of the season in the state league . In the 2014/15 season, as a champion, you could also be promoted to the regional league. That season he was used in all 30 games and scored four goals.

After 81 games for Ebreichsdorf in the regional league, he moved to Bundesliga club FC Admira Wacker Mödling for the 2018/19 season , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2020. He made his debut for Admira on July 20, 2018 when he was in the starting line-up in the ÖFB Cup game against SC Neusiedl am See . On July 26, 2018, it was used for the first time in an international game, when it was used from the start in the second round first leg of the Europa League qualification against CSKA Sofia . He made his Bundesliga debut on August 5, 2018 , when he was in the starting line-up against TSV Hartberg on the second matchday of that season .
