Starsow is a district of the town of Mirow in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
geography
Starsow is located south of the Schulzensee on the L 25 from Schwarz to Mirowdorf . In the Starsow district are the residential areas Blankenfelde, Birkenhof, Hohenfelde and Starsow Aufbau as well as the Schulzensee, Sürlingsee, Fehrlingsee and part of the Zotzensee .

In 1950 Starsow was incorporated into Mirow.

Attractions
In the list of architectural monuments in Mirow , two architectural monuments are listed for Starsow:
- Belfry : Located across from Starsow 4 (former LPG ), hidden behind a row of trees. The tower, which was built around 150 years ago, contains a bronze bell from 1955. The current state of construction is extremely poor, the tower is already so crooked that it has to be supported with pillars on one side.
- War memorial in the cemetery.

The Wittenberge – Strasburg railway line , which has now been dismantled here, runs north of Starsow , from which the Mirow – Rechlin railway line branched off near Starsow behind a level crossing on the L 25 shortly before Mirowdorf .

Starsow, like Granzow, Leussow, Peetsch and Zirtow, belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran parish of Mirow in the Neustrelitz provost in the Mecklenburg parish of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany.
