The building, registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an agricultural citizen's farm, is located in the historic new town of Quedlinburg and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The small, simply designed half-timbered house was built according to a building inscription in 1798. The late baroque building is covered by a mansard roof . The compartments are provided with decorative lining. In addition, there is a profile plank and an inscription in which the regular handicrafts coat of arms , consisting of an upright compass , the legs of which are crossed by an ax on the left and a straight edge on the right , is included. It is the latest occurrence of this coat of arms in Quedlinburg.
The front door in the classicism style was added around 1820.
