Sungai Kebun ( Malay Mukim Sungai Kebun ) is a Mukim (sub-district) of the Daerah Brunei-Muara in Brunei .
geography
The Mukim is the southernmost of the six settlements of the Kampong Ayer (Water Village) in the heart of the capital district of Bandar Seri Begawan . The settlement lies on the water of the Brunei River. The Mukim borders the Mukim Peramu and Saba in the north, Kota Batu in the east, Lumapas in the south and west and Burong Pingai Ayer in the west and north. The Sekolah Menengah Awang Semaun school is located in the Kampong Sungai Kebun area .
In 2017 the Jambatan Sungai Kebun (Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Bridge) was opened, which connects Bandar Seri Begawan with the rest of the district in the south.
