The following year she finished second in the Nice half marathon and again won the 10 km du Conseil Général. At the World Cup in Berlin she finally managed to get into the medal ranks. She won over 5000 m in 14: 58.33 minutes behind her compatriot Vivian Jepkemoi Cheruiyot silver. At the Indoor World Championships in Doha , she came fourth over 3000 m again. In the same year she was runner-up in the Glasgow Women's 10k and won silver in the 5000 m at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi . In 2011 she was second again behind Cheruiyot at the World Championships in Daegu over 5000 m, in 2012 she was fourth over 3000 m for the third time in a row at the Indoor World Championships in Istanbul .
In 2015 she finished second at the Haspa Marathon Hamburg, and in 2018 again fourth.
