Thamara Barth
Thamara Barth (* 1974 in Heilbronn ) is a German actress .
Life
Barth comes from a creative family. Her father is a ceramic master and sculptor , her mother studied fashion design and is a master tailor . Barth has an older sister who runs a ceramics studio in Jagsthausen , and also a twin sister. Barth grew up in Oedheim . She first learned the job of a social security clerk and worked for the Barmer Ersatzkasse in Heilbronn until she was 23 years old .
She then completed her acting studies from 1997 to 2000 at the "Staatliche Münchner Schauspielschule" founded by Arnulf Schröder , where she a. a. was trained in role studies, as well as in language training, body training and improvisation . She also received vocal training from Charles Kálmán , Bruno Hetzendorfer, Andreas Lübke and Andrea Gres. She completed dance training at the New York City Dance School and in Stuttgart and has worked in several independent dance theater productions.
She had theater engagements a. a. at the Burgfestspiele Jagsthausen (1997), at Theater44 in Munich (including 1998, as Eliza Doolittle in the musical My Fair Lady ), at the Musical Theater Füssen (2000), at the Stadttheater Erding (2001, as Julchen Poppendick in the comedy Der alten Feinschmecker von Ludwig Thoma ) and at the Hamburger Kammerspiele (2005, director: Dieter Wedel ).
Her partners in various TV productions included u. a. Fritz Karl , Katja Weitzenböck , Ulrich Tukur , Otto Schenk , Uwe Ochsenknecht , Rita Russek and Hans Sigl . She took on leading and supporting roles in various television series and television series, u. a. in Mord in bester Gesellschaft (2010), Die Bergretter (2010), Der Bergdoktor (2012, as a mother, whose little daughter falls near a glacier ) and Hubert and Staller (2015, as the partner of a seriously injured accident victim).
In January 2018 Barth appeared in the ZDF television series Rosamunde Pilcher ; In the film Inherited Happiness , she played Jessica Mason, a youth welfare worker .
Barth also works as an advertising actress . In addition to her work as an actress, she also works as a jewelry designer with her own online shop . Barth was in a relationship with Herbert Jarczyk-Kalman, the adopted son of the composer Charles Kálmán and owner of a film production and events company. Barth lives in Munich and Berlin.
