This triathlon race in the port city on the east coast of the Balearic island of Mallorca was first held in April 1997.
In the two years 2011 and 2012 the race ran as "TriStar Mallorca".
In addition to the middle distance race, there is also the short distance triathlon.

The newly founded series currently comprises four triathlon events in four countries: Triathlon de Portocolom (April 14th), Chiemsee Triathlon (June 30th), Triathlon EDF Alpe d'Huez (July 25th) and Trans Vorarlberg Triathlon (August 25th) . Middle distance - "111" : 1000 m swimming, 100 km cycling and 10 km running
You swim in the natural harbor of Portocolom. The final walking distance runs through the old town of Portocolom and back along beaches and bays via a turning point route that must also be completed twice to the destination in the port.
Short distance - "55.5" : 500 m swimming, 50 km cycling and 5 km running
Here, swimming takes a shorter arc, and the cycling and running routes have to be completed once.
