Tyler Polumbus (* 10. April 1985 in Denver , Colorado ) is a former American American football poker players on the position of offensive tackles . He played for the Denver Broncos and Washington Redskins , among others . With the Denver Broncos he won the Super Bowl 50 .
Early years
Polumbus went to high school in Greenwood Village , Colorado . He later went to the University of Colorado Boulder .
NFL
Denver Broncos
Polumbus was signed by the Denver Broncos after the 2008 NFL draft . In his first season in the NFL, he completed all 16 games as a backup on the offensive line . On August 24, 2010, he was released from the Broncos.
Detroit Lions
On August 26, 2010, he signed a contract with the Detroit Lions .
Seattle Seahawks
On August 31, 2010, Polumbus was traded to the Seattle Seahawks . In the 2010 season he played 15 games for the Seahawks, seven of them as a starter. After he played five games for the Seahawks in the 2011 season , he was released on October 26, 2011.
Washington Redskins
On November 9, 2011, Polumbus was signed by the Washington Redskins . Prior to the 2012 season, he was officially named by the Redskins as a regular in the position of right tackle . On March 18, 2013, he signed a two-year contract with the Redskins. Before the eighth day of the 2014 season , he lost his regular place on the position of the right tackle to Tom Compton .
Atlanta Falcons
On May 14, 2015, Polumbus signed a contract with the Atlanta Falcons . On September 29, 2015, he was released after playing three games for the Falcons.
Second stay with the Denver Broncos
On October 1, 2015, Polumbus signed a one-year deal with the Denver Broncos. With you he reached the Super Bowl 50 , which was also won against the Carolina Panthers with 24:10 .
After winning the Super Bowl, he ended his football career.
