The Verbandsliga Brandenburg 2006/07 was the 17th season and the 13th as the fifth highest division in men's football.
The FSV Optik Rathenow became regional champion in Brandenburg for the second time this season and was promoted to the Northeast Football League . The SV Altlüdersdorf achieved, with 8 points residue, the runner. During the winter break, the FSV Optik Rathenow led the table of the Brandenburg Association League after the first half of the season and thus won the unofficial title of autumn champion.
After the 30th match day, Oranienburger FC Eintracht 1901 and Eisenhüttenstadt FC Stahl were relegated and had to relegate to the national league.
