Viktor Kunz (born March 21, 1968 in Liestal ) is a former Swiss cyclist who was mainly active on the track .

Viktor Kunz ran cycling in the elite class from 1991 to 1996. In 1991 he became Swiss runner-up in the single pursuit , and the following year again and third in the national championship in the 1000-meter time trial . In 1993 he won three Swiss titles: in the single pursuit, in the time trial and in the team pursuit , with Didi Rüegg , Alexander and Andreas Aeschbach . In 1995 and 1996 he became Swiss champion in the single pursuit, in 1994 in the team pursuit (with the Aeschbachs and Philipp Buschor ) and in 1996 (with Beat Meister , Alexander Aeschbach and Patrick Vetsch ).

In 1992 Kunz started in the single pursuit at the Olympic Games in Barcelona , but was eliminated after the qualifying round.

After retiring from active cycling, Viktor Kunz started working for the Trek Bicycle Corporation in Switzerland.
