Martin Kohler (born July 17, 1985 in Walenstadt ) is a former Swiss cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2006, Martin Kohler finished second on the first section of the Tour d'Alsace . The following year he came second in the prologue there. He also won races in Wileroltigen and Bern-West and came second at the Grand Prix Osterhas and third at the Grand Prix Oberes Fricktal. Later he drove for the Swiss Continental Team Hadimec-Nazionale Elettronica as a stagiaire . At the Tour de l'Avenir 2007 Kohler started with the national team and won the fourth stage.

In 2011 Kohler won the title of Swiss time trial champion , and the following year he became national road champion. In 2014 his team BMC won the team race of the Giro del Trentino with him , and he won the points classification of the Tour de Romandie . In 2016 he ended his cycling career.
