Vysoká pri Morave (until 1948 Slovak "Hochštetno"; German Hochstetten or Hochstätten , Hungarian Nagymagasfalu ; 1888–1907 Magasfalu ; until 1882 Hochstettnó ) is a municipality in western Slovakia .
location
The place is located in the Záhorie region on the banks of the March ( Morava ), which forms the border with Austria . It is located in the protected landscape area Záhorie (Slov. Chránená krajinná oblasť Záhorie ). The neighboring municipalities are Záhorská Ves and Zohor , the nearest towns Malacky (northeast), Stupava (southeast) and the capital Bratislava (south-southeast).
