Rohožník (until 1948 in Slovak "Rarbok" - until 1927 also "Ralboch"; German Rohrbach , Hungarian Nádasfő - 1873–1907 Rohrbach - older also Rarbók ) is a municipality in western Slovakia .
location
The place is located in the Záhorie region, at the foot of the Little Carpathians . The nearest towns are Malacky in the west, Stupava in the southeast and Šaštín-Stráže in the north. To the west of Rohožník, the Záhorie military training area stretches for almost 40 kilometers in a south-west-northeast direction.
