WFV Cup 2019/20

The WFV-Pokal 2019/20 was the 67th staging of the men's cup competition by the Württemberg Football Association . The final took place on August 22, 2020 as part of the final day of the amateurs. In Stuttgart Gazi Stadium on the Waldau defeated titleholder and record Pokalsieger SSV Ulm 1846 of two in a duel Southern Regional division the TSG BALINGEN 3: 0 and thus qualified for the DFB Cup 2020/21 . According to the draw for the DFB competition on July 27, 2020, the "Spatzen" will meet the second division club FC Erzgebirge Aue there in the first round . It was the tenth title win by SSV Ulm in 1846, which further expanded its position as the record cup winner.

The first three rounds of the cup competition were held in four regional groups. From the last sixteen onwards, the association played. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany , amateur gaming operations ceased in spring. Until then, the quarter-finals had taken place after the round of 16 games in October 2019. Due to the short period of time for the event in August, the semi-finals were drawn together with the quarter-finals at the beginning of July.
