The constituency of Dresden, Land I was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. It had constituency number 48. For the state elections in 1994 and 1999 , the constituency structure was changed. The area of the constituency of Dresden, Land I became part of the constituency of Meißen-Dresden Ost .
The constituency comprised the following municipalities in the Dresden district : Arnsdorf , Bärnsdorf , Berbisdorf , Borsberg , Cunnersdorf , Eschdorf , Fischbach , Gönnsdorf , Großdittmannsdorf , Großerkmannsdorf , Grünberg , Hermsdorf , Langebrück , Leppersdorf , Liegau-Augustusbad , Lomnitz , Malschendorf , Medingen , Ottendorf-Okrilla , Pappritz , Radeberg , Radeburg , Rockau , Schönborn , Schönfeld , Schullwitz , Seifersdorf , Steinbach , Ullersdorf , Wachau , Wallroda , Weißig and Weixdorf . The other municipalities of the district were recorded via the constituency Dresden, Land II - Freital III (47).
