The forest moors near Großdittmannsdorf are a nature reserve (NSG) in the district of Meißen and in the district of Bautzen in Saxony . The 93.5  hectare area with the NSG no. D 99 is located north of Boden , a district of the city of Radeburg , in the south of the Laußnitzer Heide .

The nature reserve was established by an ordinance of the Dresden Regional Council of December 19, 2000 (SächsABl. 2001 p. 98). This was last changed on November 6, 2001 (SächsABl. P. 1142).

The nature reserve is part of the FFH area No. 4748-303 “Großdittmannsdorf moor forest area”.

The purpose of protection is u. a. the preservation and development of the following biotope structures: bog and peat bodies with forest bogs, swamps , wetlands rich in sedges and rushes , bog forests, spring areas, near-natural small bodies of water, silting areas of stagnant bodies of water, cave-rich islands of old wood and cave-rich individual trees.
