ZIL-114 and ZIL-117 ( Russian ЗИЛ-114 and ЗИЛ-117 ) were state limousines from the Russian manufacturer ZIL .
description
The ZIL-114 was built as a replacement for the older ZIL-111 from December 1967 to 1977 only for the Soviet leadership and the leadership of allied states. The technology was taken over from the previous models, but the car got a more modern, fairly angular body based on the model of large American cars at the time. The model was powered by a 6959 cm³ V8 engine and developed 300 hp.
From 1971 there was also a version with a shorter wheelbase and five instead of seven seats, the ZIL-117 . This vehicle was also manufactured until 1977. The successor was the ZIL-4104 in 1978 . In the ten years of production, 113 units of the ZIL-114 and 73 units of the ZIL-117 were made.
