Zlatko Dedič (born October 5, 1984 in Bihać , SFR Yugoslavia , today Bosnia and Herzegovina ) is a Slovenian football player .

Career

society

As a player of AC Parma (from 2004 Parma ) Dedič became the season 2004/05 to the Italian second division side FC Empoli in the 2004/05 season , later, at the second half of the season 2005/06 , the US Cremonese borrowed. He made his Serie A debut for AC Parma on September 21, 2005 in a 4-1 win over AS Roma . In January 2007 Dedič left Parma and moved to Frosinone Calcio in Serie B. In January 2008 he was loaned to the Serie B team Piacenza Calcio , where he took over the jersey with the number 9 from Daniele Cacia , who joined Fiorentina was changed.

On June 3, 2009 Dedič left Frosinone Calcio and Italy to sign a contract running until June 30, 2013 with the German first division club VfL Bochum . On August 31, 2011 he was loaned to Dynamo Dresden for one year . With 13 goals this season in 27 games, he was involved in keeping Dresden in the 2nd Bundesliga . After this season, the loan ended and Dedič returned to VfL Bochum, for whom he scored eight goals in 30 league appearances. When his contract in Bochum had expired in the summer of 2013, he rejoined his previous loan club Dynamo Dresden and signed a two-year contract there. For the season 2014/15 engaged him FSV Frankfurt After the descent of the FSV in the 3. Liga he left the club in the summer of 2016 and joined for two years the SC Paderborn 07 on.

In July 2017, after an early termination of his contract in Paderborn, he moved to the Austrian second division club FC Wacker Innsbruck , where he received a contract that ran until June 2018. With Innsbruck he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2018 . With Wacker he had to relegate from the Bundesliga in 2019.

After relegation, he moved to Bundesliga club WSG Tirol for the 2019/20 season .

National team

Dedič played from the U-16 for all Slovenian youth national teams. He made his debut on August 18, 2004 in Ljubljana for the senior team in a 1-1 friendly against Serbia and Montenegro , when he came on in the 67th minute for Jalen Pokorn . He scored his first international goal on September 6, 2008 in Wroclaw in a 1-1 draw against the Polish selection in the qualifying game for the 2010 World Cup . In the qualification Dedič came to nine missions and finished second with the Slovenian national team. Slovenia faced Russia in the relegation; in the second leg in Maribor on November 18, 2009 Dedič scored the 1-0 winning goal and secured the Slovenian team participation in the World Cup finals.
