1st Yugoslav Football League 1953/54

The 1st Yugoslav Football League 1954/55 was the 26th season of the highest Yugoslav division in men's football . It began on August 29, 1954 and ended on June 19, 1955.

Hajduk Split became Yugoslav champions for the fifth time. Instead of the champions, FK Partizan Belgrade was invited to the newly created European Cup .

The 14 teams played against each other twice on a total of 26 match days, divided into a first and a second round. The last two clubs were relegated.
