20 Years - Live in Frankfurt is a video album by the German rock band Böhse Onkelz and at the same time the group's fourth live album . It was on 20 October 2001 on the band's own label Rule23 Recordings as a double DVD and double CD in the form of both sides recorded DualDisc releases.

The album contains the live recording of the band's concert on March 3, 2001 in the Festhalle in Frankfurt am Main on the occasion of their 20th anniversary. The group played tracks from almost all of their studio albums that had been released up to that time. Originally, the anniversary concert should have taken place in autumn 2000, but due to a serious car accident on November 16, 2000 by singer Kevin Russell , who suffered a fractured femur, the performance had to be postponed to March 3, 2001 due to illness.

Cover design

The album cover, designed by the design agency Die Gestalten in Berlin, is black and white. It shows part of a clamping device for percussion . At the top left of the picture is the logo böhse onkelz and the title 20 Years - Live in Frankfurt . The background is completely white.
