The EpS declared their exit from the government coalition and united on March 4, 2011 with the Democratici di Centro to form the Unione per la Republica . Your Minister Gian Marco Marcucci announced his resignation on February 21, 2011.
On July 16, 2012, the UdSM and the NPS left the government, Augusto Casali and Romeo Morri resigned on July 19. The government thus lost its majority in parliament. Until the new elections in November 2012, the responsibilities of Casali and Morri were divided between the other ministers.
