Adam Zreľák (born May 5, 1994 in Stará Ľubovňa ) is a Slovak football player who has been under contract with 1. FC Nürnberg since 2017 .

Career

Zreľák began playing football at ŠK Odeva Lipany and moved to the youth department of MFK Ružomberok in 2009 . There he made his professional debut on March 3, 2013 in a league game against FK Senica and moved up to the senior squad. He stayed here until the middle of the 2015/16 season and scored 15 goals in 61 games before moving to ŠK Slovan Bratislava , with whom he then became Slovak runner-up. For the season 2016/17 changed Zrelák for one year for Czech first division side FK Jablonec and signed at the start of season 2017/18 a contract with 1. FC Nuremberg , with whom he was runner-up and the 2. Bundesliga 2017/18 thus in the Bundesliga rise . There he scored his first Bundesliga goal for Nuremberg in a 1-1 draw against Eintracht Frankfurt on October 28, 2018 (9th matchday).

National team

Zreľák went through various Slovak youth teams and was the captain of the Slovak team at the 2017 European Under-21 Championship in Poland. Slovakia beat Poland 2-1 and Sweden 3-0 in this tournament, but were eliminated as second in the group due to a 2-1 loss to England.

In a friendly against Georgia on May 27, 2016 , Zreľák scored his first international goal for the Slovak national team .
