Lukas Mühl (born January 27, 1997 in Zwiesel ) is a German soccer player . The central defender is under contract with 1. FC Nürnberg and is a German U20 international .

Career

societies

In 2011 Mühl moved from TSV Regen to the youth department of 1. FC Nürnberg . In the U17 he won the German U17 Futsal Championship with his team . For the second team from Nuremberg, he was used in the Regionalliga Bayern from February 2016 . On April 30, 2016, he scored his first regional league in a 1-1 draw against SpVgg Unterhaching . On May 8, 2016, Mühl was in the first team's squad for the home game against FC St. Pauli , but was not used. A week later he made his debut in the 1-0 away win against SC Paderborn 07 in the 2nd Bundesliga , after he had been substituted in the 67th minute for Rúrik Gíslason . Mühl scored his first goal on January 29, 2017 in a 2-1 home defeat by Dynamo Dresden . In the 2017/18 season he was runner-up with Nuremberg and was promoted to the Bundesliga . There he scored his first Bundesliga goal in a 2-2 draw against FC Augsburg on November 3, 2018 (10th matchday). By the end of the season he had 31 starting eleven, but could not keep the class with his team.

Mühl's contract in Nuremberg runs until 2021.

National team

In November 2016, Mühl played for the German U20 national team for the first time and was on the field in the friendly games against Italy (1-0) and Poland (4-0). In total, he played seven times for the selection.
