Ahrendsberg is an approximately 8.6 hectare uninhabited island near the island of Poel in Breitling . It belongs to the community of Blowatz .
The island landscape, which is around 600 meters long and up to 220 meters wide, is dominated by salt grassland areas with alluvial islands and banks interspersed with troughs . The higher areas are usually very dry and are characterized by sparse vegetation, for example dry, poor grassland with thorn bushes. There is a shorter section of cliff at the southern tip.
