Warder is a small uninhabited island belonging to Schleswig-Holstein in the Baltic Sea about 500 meters off the coast of Fehmarn .

It belongs to the island and city of Fehmarn and is located in the Lemkenhafener Wiek bay about one kilometer south of the town of Lemkenhafen and 500 meters west of the small town of Westerbergen.

Warder is 500 meters long, up to 300 meters wide and has an area of ​​10,274  hectares (Warder I 84,942 m² and Warder II 17,798 m²). The west of the island consists of a two meter high geest core , while the east consists of a swampy silting area that is only just above sea level. In the west there are some buildings on the island, which is no longer inhabited today. To the east of Warder there are two more uninhabited islands, also known as Warder .
