Alexander Bittroff (born September 19, 1988 in Lauchhammer ) is a German soccer player who is under contract with KFC Uerdingen .

Career

Bittroff is considered a defensive all-rounder and can be used in the outer positions as well as in the midfield.

Bittroff began his career as a youth player at VfB Senftenberg and FSV Brieske / Senftenberg , before joining the Energie Cottbus youth team in 2002. He gained his first experience in men's teams in the U-23 team of FC Energie. With this team he rose first in the 4th division, later even in the 5th division. However, his performances in the Regionalliga Nord ensured that he was able to sign a professional contract in May 2008. However, he had to wait more than a year for his first professional appearance in a competitive game. Under Claus-Dieter Wollitz , he played in the DFB Cup at 1. FC Magdeburg on August 1, 2009 , and later also in the second division. In the 2010/11 DFB Cup , Bittroff reached the semi-finals with Cottbus.

Bittroff moved to FSV Frankfurt for the 2014/15 season . After a year and a half, he left the club and joined Chemnitzer FC on a free transfer . The Saxons , he signed a contract until 30 June 2017. In addition Bittroff and the CFC each have to extend the contract for a further year option.

Alexander Bittroff moved to the Regionalliga-West for KFC Uerdingen for the 2017/18 season and signed a three-year contract there. With the KFC he was promoted to the 3rd division as a champion.

National team

On November 13, 2009 Bittroff was appointed for the first time for a U-21 international match of the DFB .
