André Coupat
André Coupat (* 7. May 1951 ) is a former French lightweight - rowers .
André Coupat rowed like he did for the rowing club in Chalon-sur-Saône . At the Junior World Championships in 1969 André Picard and André Coupat won in two without a helmsman .
At the 1975 World Championships in Nottingham, the French Francis Pelegri , Michel Picard , André Coupat and André Picard won the lightweight four without a helmsman , ahead of the British and the Australians. In 1976 in Villach the four French were able to defend their title and won ahead of the Norwegians and Danes. In 1977 in Amsterdam the French won their third title in a row, this time ahead of the Australians and the Dutch.
