Thomas Ebert (born July 23, 1973 in Søndre Roskilde ) is a Danish rower .
Ebert took part in the four without a helmsman of the lightweights at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, where he won the bronze medal. Four years later, in Athens in 2004, he won the gold medal in the same boat. He won his second gold medal at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
In 1998 and 2004 he was voted Denmark's Sportsman of the Year .
He is a member of the rowing club Danske Studenters Roklub, København .
