Antenbichl
Antenbichl , formerly Antenbühl , is one of four Gnotschaften the town of Ramsau near Berchtesgaden . It lies in the west of the Ramsau district , which roughly corresponds to the municipality of Ramsau in its original boundaries (i.e. without incorporating the large uninhabited forest districts such as Ramsauer Forst and Forst Hintersee). It is named after a Bichl with an estate of the same name , located approximately halfway on the road between the village of Ramsau and the Hintersee .
location
To the north of the Gnotschaft lies the Taubensee forest district , to the west the southern part of the Jettenberger Forest . The district of Forst Hintersee borders in the south and the district of Ramsauer Forst to the east . These areas are officially uninhabited and were incorporated into the municipality of Ramsau on January 1st, 1984, until then they were municipality-free . In the east the Gnotschaft is bounded by the Lattenbach and further south by the Kunterweg, to which the Gnotschaft Taubensee connects. In the traditional Gnotschaft structure, the Hintersee district still belongs to the Gnotschaft Antenbichl. In the modern structure of the community, Hintersee forms its own district, which is shown separately in the official statistics and is the only one that has no history or assignment as a Gnotschaft. The Hintersee body of water does not belong to the Gnotschaft, it is located in the district of Forst Hintersee.
history
Probably from the end of the 14th century Antenbichl together with Taubensee formed the 2nd Gnotschaft district of the "Ur gnotschaft " Ramsau in Berchtesgadener Land , via the " Closed Forest District " and then populated heartland from 1155 the monastery Berchtesgaden and from 1559 to 1803 the imperial monastery Fürstpropstei Berchtesgaden as a small, independent principality .
After three changes of rulership in quick succession, in 1810 the Berchtesgadener Land with its Gnotships was annexed to the Kingdom of Bavaria and from 1812 Ramsau became a community with Antenbichl and Taubensee as two separate Gnotships.
Since the size and structure of the community of Ramsau near Berchtesgaden were not changed by the regional reform in Bavaria in the 1970s , Antenbichl is still a district or a Gnotschaft of this community today. The only change over the years was the fact that the settlement around the Hintersee was split off as a separate district of Hintersee .
