Arsène Millocheau (born January 21, 1867 in Champseru , † May 4, 1948 in Paris ) was a French cyclist .

Arsène Millocheau started the first edition of the Tour de France in 1903 and went down in cycling history as the first wearer of the Red Lantern . Out of 60 drivers who started, only 21 arrived in Paris, and Millocheau was 64 hours, 57 minutes and eight seconds behind the winner, Maurice Garin . In 1891 he had already driven in the first events of Bordeaux-Paris and the 1200-kilometer Paris-Brest-Paris ; In 1896 he took 19th place in the first edition of Paris – Roubaix . In 1921, at the age of 54, he started again at Paris – Brest – Paris .

Millocheau ran a bicycle workshop in Paris until his death at the age of 81.
