Santeuil is a French municipality with 320 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire (2015 Center). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Chartres and the Chartres Métropole municipal association founded in 2012 .

Champseru is located in the north of the Beauce landscape , 14 kilometers east-northeast of Chartres and about 80 kilometers southeast of Paris . Champseru is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bailleau-Armenonville in the north, Ymeray in the northeast, Le Gué-de-Longroi in the east, Umpeau in the south and southeast, Houville-la-Branche in the south and southwest and Coltainville in the west and northwest.
The A11 car route runs through the municipality .
