geography
Yermenonville is located on the lower reaches of the Voise just before its confluence with the Eure , about 18 kilometers northeast of Chartres . The village of Boigneville belongs to the municipality. Yermenonville is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Houx in the north, Gas in the east, Bailleau-Armenonville in the south, Saint-Piat in the southwest and Mévoisins in the west.
