Droue-sur-Drouette is a French commune with 1,241 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Chartres and the Canton of Épernon (until 2015: Canton Maintenon ). The inhabitants are called Dorasia .
geography
Droue-sur-Drouette is about 23 kilometers northeast of Chartres and about ten kilometers west-southwest of Rambouillet on the Drouette . Droue-sur-Drouette is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Hilarion in the north and northeast, Émancé in the east and Épernon in the south and west.
