Poisvilliers is surrounded by the neighboring communities Berchères-Saint-Germain in the north, Saint-Perst in the east and southeast, Lèves in the south, Bailleau-l'Évêque in the west and southwest and Fresnay-le-Gilmert in the west and northwest.
