Gasville-Oisème is about seven kilometers northeast of Chartres . Gasville-Oisème is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Perst in the north and north-west, Coltainville in the north and east, Nogent-le-Phaye in the south, Chartres in the south-west and Champhol in the west.

The A11 autoroute runs along the southern edge of the municipality.
