Saint-Perst lies on the Eure , a tributary of the Seine . Saint-Perst is surrounded by the neighboring communities Berchères-Saint-Germain in the north and northwest, Jouy in the north and northeast, Coltainville in the east, Gasville-Oisème in the southeast, Champhol in the south, Lèves in the southwest and Poisvilliers in the west.
The Saint-Perst train station is on the Paris – Brest railway line .
